With the promotion of market competition, Internet, mobile communications and digital broadcast television are converging deeply on three aspects:business, network and terminal, while communications network structure is moving onto the direction of heterogeneous integration and ubiquitous. That how to ensure a good User QoS under the existing network resource conditions has become an significant task about heterogeneous/convergence networks. The research on heterogeneous network QoS mapping is focus on the coarse-grained but there are a relatively large blank about the cognitive and dynamic aspects of the research on the QoS signaling mechanisms. This thesis mainly focused on the blank and made deeply theoretical study then proposed innovative research results.The main point and innovations of this thesis are as follows:1.Made a deeply research on QoS mapping machi mechanisms, including homogeneous network QoS mapping and heterogeneous network QoS mapping. Summarized the current methods then proposed the advantages and disadvantages of each method.2.Proposed a heterogeneous wireless networks Qos framework and gave a heterogeneous wireless networks QoS unified mapping mechanism on the basis of the framework. Proced QoS quantitatively innovatively, Expressed QoS using a intuitive value; Introduction price QoS parameters in the assessment of QoS.3.Made a adequate research on RSVP signaling protocol and NSIS signaling protocol, then Described disadvantages and differences of the two signaling protocols.4.Proposed DQSMM-NSLP protocol based on NSIS protocol innovatively, defined the protocol’s message type and properties, described the system structure and interaction processes in detail. Designed the basic principles of the strategy library based on 3GPP QoS classification, added the bandwidth adaptive control to improve the cognitive and dynamic characteristics of the protocol.
