With the continuous development of information technology, the whole mankind comes into information age. In the information age, the entire national economy is dominated by the information economy. Therefore, the application of modern information technology, which promotes agricultural development and rural economic restructuring, enhances the market competitiveness of agriculture, develops the rural economy, builds a modern agriculture, increases farmer's income and accelerates the modernization process in rural areas, is imperative. Information network system is established by use of information technology. It can provide timely and accurate policy information, technical information, price information, production information, inventory information and weather information for farmers. Meanwhile, it also provides long-term the market forecast analysis to guide and help farmers who can arrange production and management. This resolves the contradiction between scattered peasant economy and unified market. People can develop online trade and directly establish a rapid trading channel of products and agricultural services. So we can say that information technology is a key which can promote the industrialization of agriculture and give impetus to agricultural modernization. With the further advance of information technology and the popularity of the Internet, E-commerce business philosophy has made agricultural business model and structure significant change. Entity business is to gradually change into network management which can eliminate costs of the store, thus saving associated costs on the marketing chain. In the way, related people can achieve win-win situation by which the interests of manufacturers can transfer to farmers. E-commerce transaction of agricultural products is still in its infancy stage, facing both opportunities and challenges.The paper is based on the project of Nongwei of Jilin University: Rural E-commerce Trading System of Jilin Province. The system includes five modules, namely, transaction management module, buyer module, vendor module, query statistics module and system management module. Each one of the five modules is divided into several modules. The user of transaction management module is system administrator, managing registration of the transaction process, order confirmation and so on. In the process, the buyer selects products and submits his orders. The manager confirms orders by SMS or telephone and decide whether to accept this order. If the manager accepts the order, he will notify the seller. Otherwise, he will notify the buyer. After successful transaction between the buyer and the seller, the buyer can rate the seller. Buyers module is a one by which the buyer can buy goods. It involves in the buying process, shopping cart, and the comments which the buyer gives the seller. Vendor module is a one by which the seller processes orders and sells goods. Main users of query statistics module are administrators who can query transaction data. According to statistical results, administrators give information of market demand. Relying on the information, enterprises deploy resources and draw up production plan in order to better adapt to the change in the market. System management module is to manage basic data, permissions information and so on. Rural E-commerce Trading System of Jilin Province is a lightweight multi-level E-commerce System based on Struts2.1, Spring3.0 and Hibernate3.0 which is designed by developers. Moreover, the integration and strategies of the three frameworks are also fully discussed in the paper.The system fully uses the design pattern of Struts2.1 MVC (Model/View/Controller), Spring's IoC (Inversion of Control) management and O/R (object/relational) mapping function. Using SSH (Struts2.1, Spring3.0 and Hibernate) developing projects can improve the efficiency of development projects and shorten the development cycle of the project. The introduction of the Hibernate framework makes the underlying database and the upper business logic separate. This not only reduces the workload of persistent programming, but also makes business logic more clear. The system adopts the latest CSS technology so as to make the interface more attractive and effective.
