Container Management Platform Based On Soa Architecture Design And Implementation

Among the cargo container information management systems, some of them were brought, some of them were developed by COSCON itself, some of them were developed with other companies. COSCON do not have a container information management platform. All the cargo container information management systems are separated with others. The architectures were old and not easy to change and expand. It is a very big problem for IT department that how to do the system integration.In SOA (service-oriented architecture), the service is the core. These services are well-defined business functionalities that are built as software components. The business processes are separated, and can be reused for different purposes. SOA design principles are used during the phases of systems development and integration. SOA improve customer services, optimize the application of the structures and complete the integration of inter-enterprises.This paper is focus on the how SOA (service-oriented architecture) is used in cargo container information management system. And the cargo container information management system benefits from SOA (service-oriented architecture). And the SOA based cargo container information management system reused some of the modules, share information with different systems.
