"Titan Weekly" is said to be the spiritual home of sports fans. The "tabloid newspaper" where was publiced in Changsha, after 23 years of development, has become the largest sports newspaper,which is called " Titan Weekly phenomenon" from general Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China and newspaper industry .In this paper, the sociological perspective to the community as a starting point, combining journalism and communication theory, analysis of based on the dissemination of generated to the audience community - the media community. and then to the media community as the starting point, have a static description of "Titan Weekly" media community’s elements, try to analyze the strategies of the "Titan Weekly" about its media community building.The first chapter is dealing with the research background, objectives, significance and research methods about this paper.The second chapter describes the concepts of paper - communities and community media. First, based on the sociology knowledge , clarifing about the concept, character elements, the concept of evolution of community. Then defining the media community whicn is the core concept of this paper , and having a deeply elaboration on its essence, characteristics and so on.As a key section of this paper, the third chapter gave a static description of the media community of "Titan Weekly". And gave a detailed description of "Titan Weekly" media community’s "residents", community "neighborhood", community "facilities" respectively.The final chapter is the key and core part of this paper, mainly analyze the construction strategy of the "Titan Weekly" media community . In other words, analyze the "Titan Weekly" of strategies about attracting more audience who have common interests and the media audience needs. This paper points out that, because of "Titan Weekly" media community of the "neighborhood" of a large network of small editorial strategy, a close relationship between the "neighborhood" and "residents",and the difference of "community facilities", result in the "Titan Weekly "from the edge to the center to succes.The paper points out, based on the media outside boundaries of the media community, connect the scattered audience for its invisible ties, which essentially advocated such a concept: let the audience get great satisfaction from "Community activities ", establish close and strong relationship to the audience , so that the audience get a sense of dependence and belonging. This is exactly the "Titan Weekly" of ultimate pursuit,which claims to be the spiritual home of sports fans.
