Along with the development of the Internet and network video technology, especially the popularity of social network, great changes have taken place with the help of the Internet,on the way people access to information and dissemination of information. The communication, interaction and connection among human has became without resistance and low cost. And with the help of the Internet platform,many community of good stability has been formed in the sockal network to meet the various needs of the internet users,with the breaking of the limitation of the geographical and kinship. And the harvest and propagation behavior of information, has showen great commercial value and potential. This change has also led to great changes have taken place in the media operating environment. Community of this new business model has find new impetus for media operations and transformation.This article through the research on the construction of the we-media talk show community, we study it in three segmentation of the brand construction, community user management and organizational management,and making buzz marketing, six degrees of separation theory and social identity theory as theoretical basis, puting forward concrete countermeasures for different stages. Put forward to brand value to attract users, and the community culture to sustain the community, to introduce the cooperation and commercial organizations to ensure that the community works well. This article also combine with the we-media talk show "logic thinking" community as an example.Through analyzing the typical cases, we discusses the typical practice in the process of community building, analysis the specific structure of the community users, to provide theoretical analysis with practical examples.
