The 1-Card-Multi-Number service system permits people to use another phone numbers without changing the mobile phone and SIM card. It can provide one main phone number and no more than three assistant numbers altogether. The assistant numbers are all standard mobile phone numbers and can perform with the main phone number at the same time. Customers can choose any of the assistant numbers to communicate with others via SMS and the traditional voice style. It can make people’s dream of using different phone numbers in different situations come true.By signing the CAMEL (Customized Application for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic) service information with the HLR (Home Location Register), the MSC (Mobile Switch Center) can fulfill the function of the assistant number through triggering the intelligent network service by requesting the HLR to send service information. The 1-Card-Multi-Number’s database has got the banded relationship between the main number and assistant numbers. Once the assistant number’s calling procedure is firstly triggered to the platform, the platform changes the calling number into the banded assistant number and requests the MSC to carry on the next procedure. The traditional way of solving the coalition of different intelligent network service is by overlapping the service logic, which can not really satisfy the requirements of the development of the intelligent network service, but may make great trouble for the maintenance. In the consideration of the mobile service provider, the dissertation researches on a mechanism to fulfill the combination of intelligent network services.Firstly, the dissertation gives background of the 1-Card-Multi-Number service. Later, it lays emphasis on the introduction of the intelligent network technology. It provides the intelligent network’s definition and characters. It also gives detailed introductions of the standards of CAMEL. Then, referring to the characteristics of the 1-Card-Multi-Number service, the dissertation gives the business norm, the functional requirement, the network structure, the triggering mechanism, the calling model, the signaling process and the function of changing number of such 1-Card-Multi-Number service. On the basis of the telephone operation model, TPCC and ERL are analyzed, and the minicomputers’mainframe processing ability of the configuration information, the storage capacity and the signaling link requirements is calculated. Moreover, the construction of the 1-Card-Multi-Number service is designed and confirmed. In the end, tests based on the platform are completed, including the test of the stability of long-time operation and the test of the transferring performance of hardware. Results indicate that the platform successfully passes such tests and can be put into use.
