The Research And Realization Of New Service After Intellectualized Fixed Network Based On '97' System

2005 and 2006 is the two key years for China Telecom in the period of the stratagem preocess. And intellectualizing fixed network is one of the most important work in the period. In the process of intellectualizing fixed network, we tried out many new services, which bring new blood into the tradition services of voice, help our company enlarge our market.The traditional user's number is often limited by switching. The service of number portability can't be expanded largely by the limit of area characteristic. After intellectualizing fixed network, logic number is divided from physical number, which can really bring the service of number portability. SHLR,ENIP, soft switching , and so on, with the intellectualizing fixed network, help the progress of new services.This article first introduces the background of intellectualizing fixed network and the new service developing trend. And also introduces what brings to '97' system. Based on the new concept ,which bringed by intellectualizing fixed network, number dividing and new network units, '97' system was made to base programming and redesigning, including the design of physical number coding, the configuration of SHLR, ENIP in '97' flow, and the interface design between SHLR, ENIP and '97' system. All of above, the new services of intellectualizing fixed network can be turn true based on '97' system flow management. As the problem of SHLR-self and which not be joint together between PAS and SHLR, some service could be make up only trough '97' system flow management. And this dissertation parses the process by two service examples, number portability and one number two terminals. At last, this article makes a summary, indicates some shortcomings and the next work.
