In recent years, the context aware service is a hot direction of researching in the field of Mobile Interaction. With rapid increasing of the electronic components, sensors and actuators in mobile phone, mobile phones have become an inevitable intelligent trend of development. Nokia has committed tremendous manpower and resources to the development of its smart phones and context aware service. The research content of this dissertation comes from Nokia Research Center. And taking one of its design of context aware service as the case study for this dissertation to research. Due to there are many opportunities in development of indoor officing,this case targetes indoor mobile officing circumstance.The research process: firstly, study the behavioral trait of those mobile officing users and their demands for the context awareness, and then obtain the user model and user acceptance model. On the next stage, obtain the context aware system model for indoor mobile officing via the research of context aware system frame, context aware service feature under indoor mobile officing and the awareness conditions of the service, etc. Finally, accomplish the UI design of Silent Talk and its test for the availability in the end.One of the innovations in this dissertation is that it completes the building of context aware system for indoor mobile officing based on Nokia s service as well as accomplishes the HD UI design and its test for the availability. The other innovation is to adopt the calendar as an important condition in the time perception of Silent Talk service. It modifies the accuracy of context awareness significantly by the capture of key time nodes via calendar, which could be lowered due to the defects of sensor technology. |
