Nowadays, communication companies use air conditioners to adjust the temperature of all the machine houses.If we do not let the air conditioner work longer under the condition of all the devices’working well,we will save a lot of electricity power of machine houses.Fresh air system of machine house can inhale outdoor cold air and discharge indoor hot air automatically according to the change of environmental parameters between outdoor and indoor. So it can adjust the temperature of the machine house and cut down the air conditioners’working time while it is working.As a result,using fresh air system is a good solution to saving electricity power of machine house.In this paper, fresh air system was designed based on STC12C5412AD microcontroller in order to save electricity power of machine house.This paper illuminates the research background of the fresh air system and the signification of this design firstly,presents the primary content of this research and what has done in this paper.Then it set a brief introduction to the basal working theory of the fresh air system in machine houses of communication.This paper has a introduction in software and firmware about the design of the whole system. We can have all the environmental parameters set by using several keys and simple and friendly man-machine interface in this system.The voltage produced by the temperature and humidity sensors is directly sampled by the AD convert system of STC12C5412AD . Then the result of the sample should be dealed with by the digital filter in software. The fresh air system based on STC12C5412AD microcontroller can supply several input digital switch signals such as door-openned warning and waterlogging warning etc and three methods such as pulse method and general method and infrared control method to control the air conditioner system. In order to control the air conditioner system reliably and steadily,program was designed simplied and modulared and redundancy control algorithm was used in software. The fresh air system can communicate with all the power meter in the machine house by DL/T645-1997 protocol and RS485 interface and Peer-Peer Protocol with upper computer system. So we can derive all the power data about all the machine house from this system.Modem should be set to auto dialing model in advance.Parameter and data in the fresh air system will be converted from RS232 protocol to RJ45 protocol by network communication module named CNS210 and then will be send through World-Wide-Web and received by upper computer system by using the protocol of the fresh air system. In this way, we can get all the environmental parameter about the machine house and data about power meters and control the air conditioner system .by taking advantage of upper computer system, we can clear up and save all the parameter and data about the fresh air system.At the end of this paper,the whole system is teseted and verified.The paper illuminates the test method and test instrument.Finally the test result of the experimental achievements and reaches is made after analyzing.The fresh air system based on STC12C5412AD microcontroller in this paper have the feature of precisely control,low cost,simply structure.In short,It is a high energy efficiency solution to saving a lot of electricity power of machine houses.
