The Design And The Implementation Of IEC62056-DL/T645Protocol Gateway And Its Application Laye

Including many protocol components, IEC62056is a protocol family and it tries to satisfy all the need of AMR metering of electricity, water and gas. DL/T645is the first metering telecommunication protocol in China and is widely adopted in Chinese metering industry. This paper mainly works on the analysis of protocol converter from IEC62056to DL/T645.First it analyses the protocol structure of IEC62056and makes the comparison between IEC62056and DL/T645, then put forward the comprehensive design of protocol converter and explains in details four function modules of protocol, including IEC62056support module, protocol converting module, DL/T645module and communication interface module, especially for IEC62056support module and protocol converting module.At last, application layer of IEC62056to DL/T645protocol converter is realized based on multy layers framework and IEC62056communication code, in which the interface of the expanding part, storage independent of application, metering independent of application instances are fully taken into consideration, and complete the design of application layer.
