The Phone Design Research Of The Elderly Design About The Using Behavioral Analysis

The need of communication between people increasingly closely and the development of mobile technology maked the phone becomes to a necessary communication tool in people daily life. China has become the aged ’s largest populous country in the world. As the more and more larger group in the society,people had got more and more attention at the elderly market. Throughout in the elderly mobile-phone market,the truly mobile design for the old people are very few,the elderly should not be marginalized by the high technology,we should design a mobile phone to meet their characteristics and requirement.This paper analyzes the elderly use behavior,and then acquires the elderly’s need of used mobile phone’s appearance,function,interactive in their daily life. Firstly,this paper adopts interview survey, questionnaire survey to obtain data.Secondly, this paper used the data and elderly behavior to design the elderly mobile phone. The main step is design evaluating,analysis problem,user use behavior analysis,redesign and a series of work. Finally,we try to design verification for old people mobile phone and market segmentation.This elderly phone design mast the following satisfy: Firstly,we considered the elderly sensory experiences and make the sight aspect,hearing aspect and touch aspect to meet the elderly need of physiological use behavior. Secondly,we promoted the use experience of elderly people to help they easierly to operate. Thirdly,we proposed the practical function, including the emergency call,radio,phonological operation remind function and etc. This paper by the research ideas of puts forward problems,analyzes and solves the problems,with elderly use behavior as the research centre,probes all aspects of the old phone design.
