With the development of computer technology and the construction of officeautomation, logistics management work should be more standardized, scientific, therefore,in order to realize the unified management of university logistics resources, theconstruction of a logistics management system is becoming more and more important. Thisarticle puts forward a management system of logistics in colleges and universitiesconcerned on J2EE on the basis of studying the status of university logistics managementfor purchase and supply.Aiming at the actual demand of logistics management system for purchase and supplyin colleges and universities, this paper researches and implements logistics managementsystem for purchase and supply based on J2EE by using Eclipse as developing tool, usingJava as developing language, using Struts, Spring and iBATIS as lightweight framework,and using SQL Server2005as system database.The main work is as follows:(1)The thesis discusses J2EE which is system’s key technology by studying multilayerdistributed application model and technical advantages, analysis the open sourceframework of Struts, Spring and iBATIS.(2)The paper proposes the designing principle and function characteristics of thesystem. It uses B/S structure as its development mode by comparing the development modeused by management information system. It analysis and illustrates the function structure ofsystem on basis of analyzing the requirement and business process of system. We model forsystem using UML language, devise the overall structure and system database, introduceevery layer, then build the development framework of the system.(3)The thesis introduces the development tools and running environment, codes andachieves each layer of system design under the development framework.(4)The thesis discusses Apriori algorithm combines with the needs of data analysisand decision, points out the existing problems of the algorithm and improves it. We alsoanalysis the results by generating into data of system and summarize the application in thesystem using the improved Apriori algorithm.(5)This paper concludes all the jobs have been done. In addition, bring up suggestionsand outlook for further improvement.In this paper, the logistics management system for purchase and supply has the following characteristics: First, the system uses J2EE and java language to develop. Itmakes the system cross-platform, high reliability and portability etc; Second, the use ofmulti-tier distributed model, on the one hand, it reduces the coupling degree, increases themaintainability and scalability; on the other hand, it allows developers to work with eachother, so convenient for development and maintenance of the system; Third, the use ofimproved Apriori algorithm in the system can help university logistics to decide analysis,save time and efforts used in decision-make, then contribute to university logistics for themanagement and decision-making.
