The logistics is regarded as the Third Source of Profits of enterprises and begins to play more important role in the development of modern economy. As one of important markers of distinguishing modern logistics from traditional logistics, the application of logistics information system can enhance operating efficiency, lower the logistics cost, speed ability of reaction and provide value-added service for customers. So, how to construct logistics information system is an important question.This dissertation analyzes the system requirements by the use-case analysis technique of UML. Based on requirements analysis, we adopt Browser/Server (B/S) structure and Java 2nd Enterprise Edition (J2EE) N-tier architecture to finish software structure design for logistics information system. Then discuss how to design every tier of the system in detail by using the components of J2EE such as JSP, Servlet, EJB, etc. Furthermore, to enhance performance of the system, some J2EE core patterns are applied in our design. Then, the system is realized by tiers in this article, some key code is given to validate the design.Considering the discredit of market competition in our country and the demand of appraising members of supply chain, this dissertation provides the solution which is based on neural network expert system and employed to evaluate enterprise's credit standing, then implements it by Java program. Then, the deployment, test and operation instances of the applications are described in this paper.Finally, a summary of the research work and the results is made, plan for further research is presented.
