| With the development of electric-motor manufacturing technology and the improvement ofmotor performance, new requirement is indicated about motor commutator materials and noiseperformance. Commutator is an important component of motor, its quality directly affect the motornoise, life and motor performance. The beating of the commutator’s arrangement will causeoverheating between brush and commutator, and even spark breakdown. More stringent testingrequirements of the commutator runout is indicated by more and more motor manufacturers. Thedetector of the electric-motor commutator jerk value has very important significance.This research is about the inspection system of the electric-motor commutator jerk value, it baseon EZ-USB. USB2.0is used as the communication interface between the host computer and the lowermachine. Application of CYPRESS’s EZ-USB FX2series chips as the communication carrier, thischip provides USB driver source development platform, a device driver of our system will be doneeasily in this development platform. The purpose of this system is to design a real-time detector of theelectric-motor commutator jerk value.This paper analyzes the method used in domestic, international status about the inspectionmethod of electric-motor commutator jerk value, On this basis, this paper indicates the design plan ofthe inspection system based on EZ-USB; EZ-USB and CPLD has been used as the core design of dateacquisition card,16-bit AD converter is given as the core of the signal acquisition module, we alsodesigned control module and communication module; Gives the detail design of the USB drivers andfirmware. Finally, a friendly man-machine interface and database design is finished, in this system,the user can control the next bit machine through the host computer, and the testing of motorcommutator runout will be completed.After experimental verification, the design of the inspection system in this paper basically meetthe reservation function. |
