| This thesis introduced the principle and application of measuring engine of automobile's hub in control system with micro-displacement sensor. And analysizing to raster and displacement sensor, and utilizing several buses of CAN,SPI and SCI to process multiple orders and choosing the PTR8000 to transport the information and data, easy to operate and with great efficiency.The intelligent detection system selected Freescale Company's MC9S12DG256 as the microcontroller; it can control the micro-displacement sensor's probe, data acquisition and the communication with the position machine. The system adopts the closed-loop system using micro-displacement detection system records as the pressure sensor to realize the touch of automatic positioning, reduced the error from the mechanical structure, to ensure the accuracy of the measuring system. |
