Phased array radar is a multi-functional, high-performance radar system. It is theproduct of the objective needs of the modern high-tech warfare and the development ofscientific and technological level to a certain stage. It has the advantages of beam-agilecapacity, adaptive anti-jamming capacity and owning the ability of searching, tracing,homing and identifying friend and foe at the same time. It is an important topic we facingthat how to effectively fight against the phased array radar to improve the viability of theequipment and personnel under the condition of the electronic warfare environment.First of all, this paper introduces airborne phased array radar system composition andworking process. Then it introduces phased array radar way of working and workingcharacteristics. Then discusses the method of multi-function working for phased array radarand the anti-interference technology. I.e. adaptive beam-forming technology, side the disccancellation technology and side-lobe vanishing technology.Secondly, this paper linear frequency modulation signal and two phase encoded signalcharacteristics, main analysis LFM signals and phase encoded signal’s frequencycharacteristics, matching processing and two weighted processing, and with matlabsimulation for the smart noise interference and research comb spectral interference totechnology. Then based on linear frequency modulation signal and two phase encoded yardssignal characteristic, we research the interference pattern of airborne phased array radar, assmart noise interference, comb spectral interference, flashing false target speed deceptionjamming and double speed wave door interference, with simulation and analysis.Finally, introduces several effectiveness evaluation methods of phased array radarjamming and give the evaluation results of dexterity interference and comb spectralinterference. Simulation results confirm dexterity interference on and comb spectralinterference on airborne phased array radar can have good interference effect.
