Coherent processing and matched reception technologies have been widely used in modern new radar, and greatly enhance the ability of anti-jamming. These technologies obviously decrease the efficiency of electronic jamming which signal waveforms are mismatched to the victim radar's transmitted waveform. These radar present significant challenges to the research on techniques of electronic countermeasures.On the basis of both domestic and foreign advanced ECM technique and its developing trend, this thesis has studied intensively some novel jamming techniques on linear frequency modulated(LFM) pulse compression radar.Base on the theoretical analyzing and computer simulation, this dissertation takes research works as follow:The receiver and signal processing system of compression radar have been studied, and also been taken on the PC simulation platform;The traditional jamming, including the suppressing jamming and deception jamming, has been discussed, and the most optimum jamming mode has been studied based on the entropy criterion;The electronic countermeasures, including the frequency-shifting jamming and the interrupted-sampling jamming, have been researched based on the theoretical analyzing and MATLAB platform. Finally, the jamming efficiency of the jamming modes are given.The smart noise jamming possesses the merits of suppressing jamming and deception jamming, it makes the radar hard to draw useful information from the jamming backdrop, and thus the smart noise jamming possesses important theoretical means and practical values.
