According to the requirements of the Real-Time Running State Monitor System for Locomotive Maintenance of Su'ning belonging the Railway of Shuohuang,this paper studies the whole function of the Monitor system,realizes the communication function of collecting & storing data on CAN field bus. Through lucubrating the CAN protocol, establishs the application layer protocol of CAN aiming the Monitor System. And the paper analyses the principle and the function of submodule accomplishes the examination of the function submodel.At first,the thesis outlines the meaning to accomplish the Monitor System,discuses the history & the actuality of the Real-Time Running State Monitoring System.The chapter 2 penetrates into collectivity structure of the System, expatiates the project of collecting and transmitting data,the performance and characteristic of the CAN bus.Bring forword the structure of the whole function and introduces the core chip-P87C591& the other mainly chip using in the System.In chapter 3,analysis all of the info needed to collect on the SS4B and the meaning to acquire them,so laies a foundation for the System.The chapter 4 introduces the function and the principle of the System circuit,then discuses the model of data storing.The chapter 5 designs the System software,frames the CAN lay a foundation protocol,accomplishes the design of all functionly subprogram of the System including interruption, initialization, sending and receiveing,designs the operating program of the storing module.The chapter 6 research the function of the Monitor System through doing test,accomplishes the point-to-point communication intercommunication and the conversion of A/D then to transfer and store.The paper sums up the production during doing a series of testing about the Monitor System,and points out the shortage at the same time,at last the chapter gives some advices and views the foreground of the System.
