The nodes in wireless sensor networks are generally battery-powered, and themain research contents of WSN is how to improve the effectiveness of Energyutilization.ZigBee is an emerging short-range, low-speed, low-power wireless networktechnology, mainly used for short-range wireless connection.The subject analyzes and compares the algorithms proposed in wireless sensornetworks, and proroses a low-power routing algorithm EFCA based on the study ofalgorithms proposed.Design a wireless temperature monitoring system to monitor thetemperature of the machine in Industrial control which combines with the ZigBeetechnology.The main tasks are as follows:1. Introduce a clustering routing algorithm based on energy feedback (EFCA).Thealgorithm constructs a data aggregation tree in cluster units to reduce energyconsumption of the outer edge node in multi-hop transmission and reduce the delay insingle-hop transmission; selects a cluster head-couple in the cluster, the primary andsecondary nodes are responsible for transmission of information between the clustersand the information gatheringin the cluster, further reducing the data transmissiondelay; the energy feedback mechanism proposed eliminate the network "hot zone".2. Complete the hardware design of the machine’s wireless temperaturemonitoring system. Put forward the hardware design of the power supply module,communication module, the simulation module and the USB to serial module, andbuild the hardware platform.3. Completed the software design of the machine’s wireless temperaturemonitoring system. Complete the software design of coordinator node in the system,the cluster head nodes and sub-nodes and terminal nodes, and achieve the functions oftemperature data collection, data aggregation,storing and forwarding.4. Completed the design and implementation of the upper layer software of thetemperature monitoring system on the PC-side.The software can set the moduleparameters,set the serial communication parameters, monitor the ground temperaturewhenever necessary, and analyze the results.
