Chain operation pattern isnow in the ascendant, and all the modern commercial circulation types has expandedrapidly, like hypermarket, shopping mall, convenient store and boutique, promotedeconomic growth in China. The sorting and picking of goods is the most tedious anderror-prone procedure node with large workload in the commercial circulation. How toimprove sorting speed and decrease the cost becomes the important issue to commercialcirculation company. With the sorting increase in the amount and varieties, relying onpure manual sorting method will not be able to meet the requirements of large-scalerationing, as the quick response time and good quality of service.For the current needs of the market, this thesis proposes to the introduction of theelectronic label picking system, alter the traditional pure manual sorting methods. Withthe combination of man-machine sorting and picking program, it can effectively solvethis problem.Develop the electronic label picking system, complete the five processes of storageoperations,Pick-to-light operations, Put-to-light operations, replenishment operations,and stocktake operations.Based on the system, the science of sorting and picking operations, and the correct,fast, real-time, continuous management will be achieved. The system allows theflexibility to process control, reduces picking error rate and improves operation speed,decreases the labor intensity and saves personnel cost.This thesis focuses on the theoretical basis and principle of the system, uses theprototype development method, accomplishes the scientific configuration of softwareand hardware in the system, and runs the site test, to ensure a stable and reliable systemoperation. |
