The current Agricultural Products Logistics system in China, with the existence of irrational structure between the business flow and logistics flow, which results to the lacking of specialized Agricultural Logistics, and also its low efficiency in generally. Therefore, the formation and development of the specialized Agricultural Logistics system become a major approach to improve the traditional system. The rise of specialized Logistics Center of agriculture will play an important role in promoting for this development.Currently, the Picking Path is selected by the worker's experience in most of the Agricultural Products Logistics Center. However, when it comes to the mass goods and the uneven picking points, manual arrangements of choosing alone is not fully qualified for the accurate Picking Path. It's an important problem for how to achieve a completely of Picking tasks in accurately and timely, as soon as the costs of Picking tasks are reduced. So, it's vital necessary to get the shortest Path and the most efficient vehicle. Consequently, it very needs to design the optimized algorithms and programs for the Agricultural Products Logistics Center. The application of computer for achieving a better accomplishment for the Agricultural Logistics Products Center, in addition, is also an improvement of the efficiency of the Agricultural Products logistics center and an inevitable requirement of the scientific policy-making.Based on this, this paper will be focused on the comprehensive analysis of the Agricultural Products Logistics Center's characteristics and working flow of the Logistics Center, and especially on the Path Optimization problem. And then, a mathematical model is established for the Path Optimization of the Agricultural Products Logistics Center. While an improvement insertion algorithm is designed to solve the mathematical model. Furthermore, a program based on eM-Plant of Path Optimization is designed in Changchun Vegetables Center, and then the Simulation based on eM-Plant of the Optimized outcomes is also designed. It will be an exploration perspective on the scientific management of the Agricultural Products Logistics Center. So as to improve the capacity of the Agricultural Products Logistics Center and will provide scientific basis for the theory.The Paper is divided into six chapters as follows:Chapter one is introduction. The background and significance of this topic are analysed, and then the specialized Logistics Center is the formation and development of a natural phenomenon. This chapter introduces the status quo of the domestic and foreign research, from which the Picking of the Logistics and the using of eM-Plant are summarized. Finally, the content of chapters and technical route are determined.Chapter two is the theory of Logistics Center and Picking. This chapter provides a brief analysis of the characteristics of the Logistics Center and the Agricultural Products Logistics Center. After the presentations of processes of the Logistics Center, this chapter is focused on the analysis of the efficiency and strategy of the Picking processes. The analysis of a modern Logistics Center in the general Picking processes leads to the problem of improving the traditional Logistics Center, and also lays a theoretical foundation for this research.Chapter three is the Logistics Center Picking Path Optimization model and algorithm design. The relation between TSP and Logistics Center is introduced in this chapter to selecting the optimal path analysises, and TSP model algorithm can be used in solving the Logistics Center's Picking Path Optimization. Finally, an improved insertion algorithm is desiged for the settlement of the inadequacies of the recent insertion algorithm.Chapter four is Discrete-Event System Simulation and and eM-Plant. The briefed simulation method of structural elements and the steps of Discrete-Event System Simulation analysis of the system and also the needs for a Logistics Center are gived. The basic characteristics of eM-Plant software on the Logistics for agricultural research are presented. It also designs the Optimization and Simulation of the basic objects for the Agricultural Products Logistics Center which will be particularly researched in the Chapter five.Chapter five is the Optimization and Simulation of the Agricultural Products Logistics Center'picking based on eM-Plant. Example of an Agricultural Products Logistics Center is designed to improve picking efficiency by the unity of its selected list. Then, it collects the statistics of the distance between all the positions, which were used in the two programs by which the improved insertion algorithm is compared with the basic insertion algorithm. The obtained results are analyzed by using eM-Plant Simulation. The Optimization and Simulation results show that the improved insertion algorithm is better than the basic insertion algorithm in the Agricultural Products Logistics Center'picking analysis. The results also can be used in providing a scientific decision in the Agricultural Products Logistics Center with an operational platform.Finally, draws the main creating points of the paper and presents the main direction and the field which should be studied in the future.
