Along with wider use and the higer demand to enterprise information technology,the general considering of information resources integration and effective using on thelevel of whole enterprise, which can make different isolated information island buildmultilateral relation with each other, the update and extend based on integrationsystem become exigently for resolution. Theses challenges above are hard to resovleby starting all over again or simply createing a new system with conventional ideas,from the perspective of the overall structure of the platform, first,we keep our sightson maximizing the usage of the existing data resources, on the other hand similarproblems faced by the new system should be avoided.In view of this situation,the project considers the global information integrationplatform architecture as the starting point, and focuses on the global data overallplanning of Water Authority, combined with different business managementinformation system existing in Water Authority, the project uses EnterpriseApplication Integration and Data Bus technologies to establish an informationintegration system, which includes a database subsystem and data bus subsystem. Thispaper describes design and implementation of the data bus subsystem-data busmanagement platform.Under the background of integration of information technology,this paper discussthe working principle,the function and the work performance of strust2framework.According to the study, the paper describes system design,databasedesign, implementation of the system, and realization of the database managementsystem.First, the paper introduces the J2EE architecture and Struts2frameworkparticularly, analysis and research its performance characteristics and workmechanism. Secondly, based on experience of the J2EE framework for the Webdevelopment in the project, the paper applies Struts2Framework combined withfederal and virtual database information integration technology, uses the way ofmetadata data management. Through the use of the framework, the coupling of thecode is decreased, development cycle of the project is reduced and maintainance ofthe project is convenient. In database design, make full use of the metadatatechnology to realize management of comprehensive database table structure and therelated information in data bus. Finally, the Eclipse development platform is used inthe project.The Struts2framework is successfully applyed in actual projectdevelopment.
