Radio Frequency Identification is an auto identification technology which makesuse of radio signals and space coupling. With the advantages such as intelligence,speediness, real-time and non-contact, Radio Frequency Identification has beenachieved the recognition of one of the most important technologies in the21st century.Moreover, this technology has been applied in all fields and every walk of life bypossessing superiorities of higher security, collecting accuracy, operational simplicity,cost-efficiency and free from environmental influence.According to the division ofthe frequency band, RFID System can be classified as Low Frequency, HighFrequency and Ultrahigh Frequency in which13.56M High Frequency System is themost widely used in the fields like Public Transportation Systems, Campus SmartCard Systems, Access Control Systems, Attendance Management and AssetsManagement. Therefore, studying the standard of13.56M High Frequency ofISO/IEC1443owns magnificent valves.In accordance with the standard of ISO/IEC14443, different chip suppliers havedifferent understandings of the protocol of ISO14443and it is true for the CardReader manufacturers as well. This paper mainly studies the ISO144443-typeAstandard of RFID and applies discrete components to design main circuits such as13.56HMz Carrier Frequency Oscillator Circuit, Transmit Modulation Circuit,Receiving Demodulation Circuit and Microcontroller circuit, all of which make thebaseband signal achieves100%ASK Modulation on the Carrier Signal and ASKDemodulation on the Negative Carrier of847kHz. The main circuits can read andsnoop the communicational waveforms of Card Readers and Mifare1Card ofISO14443Type A. By using the single-chip software, Miller encodes and outputsbaseband signals and Manchester coding software decodes and calibrates these datasimultaneously. As a result, ID number of Mifarel can be successfully obtained.Finally, at the purpose of analyzing cards, a serial port transmits its interpreting data to the embedded Supervisory Computer with Wince system for real-time analysis.
