Remote Monitoring System For Bag Dust Collector Based On GPRS

Along with progress of environmental technology and advancement of environmental awareness, bag dust collector have been applied more and more widely in various factories and enterprises.To ensure every dust collector work normally,we must monitor it in real-time, but using the traditional wired monitoring way makes the data transmitted slowly and the system maintenance inconvenient. Based on this, this paper adopt the advanced GPRS wireless data communications technology, combined with dust collector remote monitoring terminal and control center, compose the remote monitoring system of dust collector and monitor the dust collector.This paper designs the monitor project based on GPRS communication system with the center of AT89C51 MCU,and the MC55 module was used for GPRS module.The design integrates the functions of data collection,processing,memory and transmission,which also has the function of alarm and assures the normal and stable operation of the dust collector. Paper.This remote monitoring system consists of three parts:data acquisition,data transmission and data processing.The first part is designed to gather the signals of the dust collector and send the data to computer.The second part is designed to transfer the data to the clients in remote control center through Internet.With the implementation of real-time online monitoring network,users can browse the on-the-spot data in any place.In this paper,we first introduce the past and present of the remote monitoring technology,and the originating,characteristics,development and application area of GPRS technology,and the following three chapters present the design of the overall project,the design of the monitoring system hardware and the design of the monitoring system software,respectively.Finally it summarizes the practicality of the system and the work done in the design process,also it proposes the future research work.The application of wireless data based on GPRS offers a new technical method for realizing the long-distance data transmission and monitoring. The system greatly increases the efficiency of environment monitoring and the accuracy of information.
