The Design And Implementation Of Troops Integrated Service Informatization Management System

The modern war is the informatization warfare of high-technology under complexelectromagnetic environment. It presented very high demand for integrated operationcontrol system of associated troop, and it is in urgent need of current affair that how toreform the existing management system so as to adapt the demand of informatizationmanagement and future war. The aim that modern war wills to realize is accurate attackof high cooperating with firepower in combined arms, and it does not tolerate anyoversight at all in the cooperative operation, therefore each troop has to strengthen themanagement by means of informatization means. In despite of taking considerableprogress in informatization construction for troops, under the world affairs at present,there is still great difference in the aspect of informatization, and therefore it isnecessary to make the exploration for constructing integrated control system of troopoperation. The aim researched on the subject is to design and implement an integratedoperation control system from the hierarchy of strengthening supervisory managementin troop. It takes benefit of that under the new situation it makes troop adapt the need ofsupervisory management, and further enhances the management efficiency and quickensthe norm management of handling affairs flow so as to advance the construction inmodernization and informatization.The main research work has been completed as the following:①Based on the analysis of implementing key technology of integrated controlsystem in troop, the paper researched on fashionable technology in.NET and MVCcurrently, proposed to construct the technical solution of supervisory managementsystem in troop by.NET technique.②Completed the requirement analysis in functionality and non-functionality forsupervisory management system of troop, and based on full investigation and research,the paper analyzed the system demand and main operating control flow, and partitionedthe system into seven sub-systems.③According to the functional requirement of system, it designed the overallarchitecture of system, and made the detailed design for related functional module andthe roughly technical description. By means of mode in MVC, it constructed the overallsystem frame, analyzed and designed the system database. Based on the constructedframe, it designed the implementation interface of functional module, and realized the module function related to the system.④Based on B/S structure, it developed and implemented a prototype system ofsupervisory management system for troop in the laboratory preliminarily. Theexperiment showed that the designed system could satisfy the demand of integratedoperation of supervisory management system in troop. Finally it made the analysis andevaluation for designed system, and proposed the improved countermeasure for existentproblems.The informatization is same as the modernization, and it is a relative concept, alsoit is a process that should be improved and perfected constantly. Along with thescientific and technological progress, it is believed that the designed system couldfinally be used for the supervisory management system of integrated operation in troop,and makes the slender contribution for troop construction.
