The Research Of Control System On Ground Source Heat Pump

In allusion to the global crises in energy sources and environment,it is significant to make a new type of control system of HVAC(Heating Ventilating& Air Conditioning) ,which is efficient ,energy saving and reliable.In this paper we discussed people comfort level and designed a new kind of control algorithm based on people comfort. In different seasons, under the different weather, the system could set the Process Parameters of the heat pump air condition automatically, in order to make the system run in a reasonable way.The system is composed by PLC and field bus. Firstly, the system detects the temperature of underground source water, and then reasonable water is picked up. Secondly, the system changes the opening of the control valves based on the load of different areas.The system is designed in three layers structures, including the basic system, subsystem and field system, which are connected by field bus.In this multilayer control system, the upper layer system can read any date and state of sub layer, and also write the control order for the sub layer. The PLC in the same layer, can read the date and state of each other. In the bottom of the system the Process Parameters of the heat pump air condition are transmitted to the PLC, and also the climate date. Every PLC is appointed with touch floor, which is easy for people to control the system.Now, the system runs well, and it is efficient and energy saving.
