The Analysis And Design Of Real-time Control System In MMW Simulation System

MMW Simulation Real-time Control System in this paper uses reflective memory real-time LANbased on Real-Time-eXention(RTX) and VMIC card. And this control system is divided intonon-real-time tasks and real-time tasks.The non-real-time tasks run under Win32subsystem of Windows.In this part, the paper usesMFC programming to mainly complete main-control computer software interface design, thecommunication interface development, device testing and array calibration, which achievescommunication and remote control between the main-control computer and the sub-controlcomputers.The real-time tasks run under RTSS subsystem of RTX.In this part, the paper combines RTX andC language programming to mainly complete real-time main-control computer software and arraycontrol computer software. The real-time main-control computer mainly achieves real-time data andcommand issued.Array control software’s functions includes real-time data reception, the antennaarray’s coarse control and fine control, near field effect correction, pathways loss compensation,iterative lookup and other functions. Based on these operations, array control computer issues thegenerated control words through PCI-1753card to control RF switch matrix, phase shifters andattenuators, so as to achieve precise positioning of the simulatedtarget.What’s more, this paper discusses in detail the design of MMW Array Feeder Control Systemand analyses exactly the control process of the MMW Array Feeder Control System.At the same time,this paper gives a specific planing on control words and control bits of RF switch matrix, phaseshifters and attenuators, and also gives the IF link power calculation and the LO link powercalculation of MMW Array Feeder Control System.Finally, this paper does the software test on real-time and reliability of the MMW SimulationReal-time Control System, and gives a specific test on the system communication delay, dataprocessing delay and packet loss rate and packet error rate of data transmission.The test results showthat the MMW Simulation Real-time Control System has good real-time performance and reliability,which fully meet the requirements of the design specifications of MMW Simulation System.
