The public relations in crisis of the network is a total activities of reducing the crisiswhich include issuing the statements,uploading the evidence,inviting the authorities(including experts and scholars,the certification organizations,leader of opinion,commonnetizens,etc.) to clarify the truth,making explanations,placating the angers,eliminatingthe contradictions when the organizations(including governmental departments, thecompanies,the social organizations,etc.) and individuals(including government officials,the stars,the businessmen,etc.)face to the negative public attitudes,on behalf of personalinterests with the process on line.In recent years,although the crisis of credit and confidence,the press reports andscholars’ discussions have grown increasingly,the special-case studies are more thandiscussing systemicly,The text will discuss the public relations in crisis of the networksystemicly from six aspects,such as the emotion,opinion field,the discourse,puppetarmy,rumours,and supervision:the emotion and the public relations:eliminate the feeling of distrust.The net has fourpointings such as the distrust of the officials’ discourse,the sensationalization of the mediaon line,the stars’ behaviours,the experts and scholars,The key of restoring credibility isrespecting for the public discussion,apting to the valuable words,and correcting theerrors,because concealing the truth make the crisis of confidence increasingly intense.The opinion field and the public relations:refresh the opinion field which should bebuilt.Having a successful opinion field should have many tasks at three points:assemblingthe people’s intellect must permit the voice of criticism;expressing ourselves freely shoulddisengage the tractive effort of schedules;the performance reflection needs to keep upwith the pace of time.The discourse and the public relations:understanding the real-name registrationsystem.compared with the hypothesis of anonymity system by some medias,advancing thethe real-name registration system can promote the public opinions and conditions on lineinto being free and responsible,because it can make the best use of the advantages andbypass the disadvantages cautiously.The puppet army and the public relations: get out of confusion among thesupposititious public relations.Compared with public relation,the supposititious publicrelations must make the social risk,because it ignores the law,never consider others’benefits,however it must be done to reach the same aims.This requires us to clarify itsoperational styles,make a good grasp of the monitoring of public opinion,to make timelyand powerful scientific response.
