Abstract/Summary:
The multi-point temperature monitoring system in the buildings is studied in thisthesis. The purpose of this paper is to solve the unreasonable heating distribution,making full use of energy by monitoring and regulating the indoor temperaturecondition on real-time during the winter heating period. The main equipments that thesystem has used are STC12C5A60S2SCM, temperature senor DS18B20and SIM300GPRS module.The problems with the city heating and the feasibility of using DS18B20andGPRS for indoor temperature acquisition and transmission will be analyzed in thispaper firstly. The paper discussed the situation and the development tendency oftemperature data acquisition and transmission technology based on GPRS, and alsoexpounded the composition and structure of the General Packet Radio Service systemsystematically and analyzed the principle and features of GPRS Data TransmissionMode to clarify the research significance of this topic and to ascertain the content ofthis thesis.In this paper, the functionality and performance of the microcontrollerSTC12C5A60S2, the DS18B20,SIM300GPRS module and the other hardware arestudied in the system, and in accordance with its characteristics, the hardwareconnection of the multi-point temperature monitoring system is designed, and thehardware connection diagram and pin connection line in the system are also providedin the paper. On the basis of hardware design, the software of the system is designed,applying C programming Languages to write the control program in Keil μ Visionsoftware in accordance with the timing sequence of initialization, reading, writing andthe other time series of the DS18B20and designing temperature flow diagram of theDS18B20collected in five gauging points. On the part of the temperature datatransmission, the control program on the basis of the AT commands of SIM300module and practical uses of the system is written, achieving the function oftemperature data transmission by using the SIM300GPRS module controlled by themicrocontroller. Finally, hardware and software are debugged based on the wholesystem to make the system to be normal, testing the running effect of the system. AndDS18B20is performed the high precision calibration experiment on the basis of this,giving the calibration formula of DS18B20, which can be used to improve theaccuracy of the chip.The study in this thesis which has a very broad application prospects in thepractical can be applied to the indoor temperature acquisition in the city centralheating. By using the technology of GPRS, the real-time of heating monitoringtechnology can be realized, making full use of energy and improve the thermal imbalances of the system greatly. Therefore, the heating monitoring technology isworthy to be applied and spread widely.
