The Design And Implementation Of Financial Background Service Park Information Management System

Financial background services refers to the function module and service sectorthat are separated from the direct operation, and provides supports for the front deskservice, including data center, liquidation center, bank card center, R&D center, callcenter, backup center for disaster recovery, training center etc. The construction of thepark of financial background services is very essential to form background industrycluster, and correspondingly, the information development of park is necessary tosuccessfully promote development of various parks.With the rapid development of Chinese Internet economy, it’s pretty necessaryfor Peking’s financial background service park to learn from the developmentexperience and management mode in advanced international financial parks, so as toestablish the comprehensive solution package and software information platform,which are in line with intellectual park position. These efforts will bring efficient andfast communication channel between enterprises in parks and environments, andenterprises themselves, which would meet modern enterprise’s need for theintellectual parks and buildings. At the same, it is helpful to standardize the digitalmanagement, increase competitive capacity, eliminate barrier among sector andprovide more convenient and accessible information for IT sector of the company.In this paper, the key issues associated with information platform constructionwas analyzed, with regard to the primary requirement of operation and digitalmanagement system as well as background, significance and status in quo of financialpark information platform. In addition, combining modular technology, an in-depthanalysis was conduct for the comprehensive design of park network and systemmanagement software with aim to figure out high efficiency information platform,including standard and demand of information platform, overall network design,structure design and software design.Based on analysis of development framework of J2EE, the design programsuitable for park management was summarized, which present the characteristics ofsafety, fast and flexibility and rapid response for the changes of new demand and newtask. It make the perfect combination of park management with internet office, andsatisfy the demand of daily management of park.
