Financial IT Service Management Platform(ITSM) is based on IT Service theories, and provides us a steady and flexible IT service management solution, Its comprehensive use of computer technology realizes data sharing, interoperability, maintenance and reusability so as to integrate IT service resources with new framework, and found IT Service Management platform conformable to domestic financial enterprise.Because ITSM has many areas and lots of theory, the paper focus on IT service process and realizes key two of them, event management process and question management process, and with them describes the technical implementation of ITSM. In detail the platform many processes including Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, Security Management, Service Life Circle Management etc. Financial ITSM Platform adopts JSH multi-tiers architecture. It is an open-source solution based on J2EE standard, with easy-to-implement, loosely-coupled, highly-scalable, and other characteristics. The platform is based on " Best Practice" of ITSM, emphasizes flexibleness and standardization and helps with adopting ITIL, ISO2000 etc standards to implement ITSM economically and effectively. The platform is based on idea of Component-Based Software Engineering to implement software reusability and build an extendable System.This paper is based on the software engineering idea and describes in detail the implementation process of systems from various perspectives including requirement analysis, framework and database design, developmental environment configuration, testing, and other aspects of programming, and finally it points out further the integration of the IT Service Management Process.
