| As China’s market economic reform deepening gradually, rail transport transforming to high-speed, heavy, traditional track maintenance department safety management approaches are not well adapted to such developing situation. This paper analyzes domestic and abroad the development and application of related systems, combining with the actual site for railway permanent way and developing the track maintenance section safety management systems based on the closed-loop management.Firstly, the main contents of track maintenance section safety management are introduced with six aspects. Closed-loop management ideas are applied to the management of production safety. Track maintenance division Construction control system and Railway Administration Construction control system of engineering are established.Secondly, starting from the guiding ideology and design goals of the system designing, combined with the needs of track maintenance section safety management and the actual situation of current technology development, B/S development model and ASP technology is used, IIS6.0 service component and web server is selected,complete the design of system safety and the six functional modules.Thirdly, introduced the basic concept of databases and database design and combined with the requirements analysis of database design, selected Microsoft Access as the backend database to comb the system data, completed the concept design and logical database design.Lastly, based on the above researches, this paper finished the design and implementation of system about railway safety management in production of basic railway engineering department and finally achieved several basic functions, such as the information inquiry of equipment ledger, the dynamic monitoring of equipment and so on. This software improved the efficiency and the level of safety production management. It also provided information and data for stage scientific direction and decision making. |
