Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Hebei Institute Of Machinery Electricity Based On The WEB

The improvement of work efficiency in the college depends on the decision-making level,and a high level of management and decision-making need rapid, accurate, abundantinformation support. The current manual operation is inefficiency and high error rate,whichhas hindered the teaching work and administration in the college. Based on the WEB HebeiInstitute of Machinery Electricity management information,the system is designed.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzes and discusses the overall planing and designgoals of the development in management information, which includes long-range plan andpurpose of the paper. system both vision and clear this design goal. The paper analyzes thebusiness process of traditional college management, data flow analysis,acquiring systemfunction demand, at the same time, it analyzes system performance demand and expanddemand.Secondly, according to the functional requirements of the system and the differences ofuser role, this paper designs the mamangement system of the Hebei Institute of MachineryElectricity,which is based on the WEB. The system is divided into office management system,teaching management system, the student management system and employment system. Eachsubsystem is to achieve specific functional requirements.Again, This paper gives the main function module procedure and process of the system,at the same time, it makes a detailed description to the key technology of the process.It usesJavaEE technology development and achieves the management information system based onthe WEB of Hebei Institute of Machinery Electricity.
