With the development of the Internet from 2d to 3d, the users are becomingincreasingly unsatisfied with the existing way but hope to enter the world of the Internet. The motion control of virtual human who replace the users in 3d internet environment, asa subject combined with Kinematics, dynamics, Computer Graphics and ArtificialIntelligent, is facing new challenges. How to realize quick and precise real-time control ofvirtual human motion in the network application environment is receiving more and moreattention.First, the characteristics and the related technologies of the 3D internet are analyzed, and the advantages and deficiencies of the existing real-time control models of virtualhuman motion are described. The application methods and the related technologies of thevirtual human real-time control in the existing model are researched. In 3D internetenvironment, a new model combined with the characteristics of the 3d internet and virtualhuman motion control is proposed. The overall framework, the layout, the functionaldesign and the implementation techniques of each component module of the new modelare described in detail.Second, in the new model of virtual human motion control, a proposed KeyframeOverloaded Technology is used to address the real-time control problem of the virtualhuman ground walking and stairs walking. The virtual human motion prediction, Inversekinematics, Java Native Interface and OpenGL are applied to the proposed method. Thereal-time control of virtual human ground walking and stairs walking can overcome theshortcomings of the previous models. At last, the feasibility of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the proposedmethods in the model are validated in the experiments. The further research work and some improvements are presented at the end of thepaper.
