Manufacturing equipment industry as a pillar industry of the country’s current focus on thedevelopment of not only the forces that support the economic development of the country, it is animportant symbol measure a country’s level of industrial development. Motion control technology asthe key manufacturing technology, the level of development of the manufacturing sector has a pivotalrole. With the popularization and development of network technology, Ethernet as a communicationsystem for motion control, becoming an important direction in today’s motion control technologydevelopment. In the thesis, a large study in view of relevant literature on the basis of Ethernet-basedmotion control network were studied in detail and applied to Ethernet communication technology andembedded technology multi-axis motion control system.In this paper, choose Windows as the system host computer system software platform. Fornon-real-time Windows system, by analyzing the real-time of RTX sub-real-time system RTSS andthrough real-time system for sub-RTX real-time analysis and RTSS RT-TCP/IP data transmission andthe data transmission time delay of RT-TCP/IP protocol. Using the RTX real-time extension forWindows systems and communications to solve real-time and stability issues, effectively reducing thecost of design and development of real-time control systems under Windows platforms.Synchronization between network nodes for each axis multi-axis motion control system isstudied between Libpcap network packet sniffing device principles and mechanisms, the master andeach slave connected via a hub, the network adapter from the station operating mode is set topromiscuous mode, designed network packet sniffer based on Libpcap, to develop real-timesynchronous Ethernet packet structure to achieve data synchronization between the various networknodes.Combined with the results of the above study, completed the software development of multi-axismotion control system based on Ethernet communications technologies and embedded technology.Including the development of the RTX in the environment of Windows, μC/OS-II in embeddedsystems migration, uIP transplant, Libpcap implemented in μC/OS-II in, Sniffing implementation.Finally, the test platform for developers to build a control system for data transmission testing,validation RTX real-time extension for Windows-based platform for network reliability typemulti-axis motion control system network communication.
