With the development of science and technology, informationization, cyberization and intellectualization have made great strides forward, embedded system technology also get an enormous room for growth, so the scientific and technological society has entered into a Post PC era. Under the influence of the Post PC thought, the embedded system technology closely combined with the industrial control technology and Internet technology, which applied to many different occasions, the remote data acquisition is just one of an important application of this.Data acquisition system got an extensive application in the measurement and test technology field, and with the development of information technology, higher and higher demands are proposed on the performance indexes of data acquisition system in practical application, such as sampling rate, acquisition accuracy, storage depth, control mode, and so on. A high-performance data acquisition system not only can process and transmit data rapidly, but also can be controlled conveniently and flexibly. If the access method of data acquisition system is not flexible enough, the universality and practicality of the whole system will be severely affected. Therefore, in the modern data acquisition system not only a high-speed data acquisition front-end but also a high-speed flexible data transmit and control module is necessary.In this dissertation, a high-speed parallel data acquisition system is studied which takes AT91RM9200 CPU as the main control chip and takes embedded Linux as the operating system, this system realized remote network communication between the data acquisition terminal and the upper computer through applying embedded web technology in embedded operation system. And instructions can be sent from the upper computer that control FPGA to acquire and store data 8 channels parallel, the acquired data can be high-speedly transmitted by network in this system, which solved the problem of low data transmission speed and inflexible in the traditional data acquisition system. This paper researched embedded Linux system transplant, such as bootloader transplant, linux kernel transplant, web server transplant, and device driver programming under embedded Linux operation system, and achieved CGI interactions with browser and embedded web server based on the embedded web server principle.
