| In order to clarify the mechanism of discrimination perception on school adaptation of secondary vocational students,this study constructs a moderated mediation model,focusing on the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between discrimination perception and school adaptation and the moderating role of perceived social support.Due to the poor quality and low quality of secondary vocational students,the social recognition of secondary vocational students is generally low,which makes secondary vocational students become synonymous with "losers in the middle school entrance examination".This stigmatization makes them often feel discriminated against,resulting in the perception of discrimination.From the perspective of secondary vocational students’ perception of discrimination,combined with self-efficacy and perceived social support,this paper explores the impact mechanism of secondary vocational students’ perception of discrimination on school adaptation,in order to put forward suggestions to improve secondary vocational students’ school adaptation from a new perspective.The“Discrimination perception of secondary vocational students”,“Adolescent school adaptation scale”,“General self-efficacy scale(GSES)” and “Social support rating scale(SSRS)” were used,926 secondary vocational students from four secondary vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province were investigated,and the results were used in spss22 0for data analysis.The results are as follows:(1)On the whole,the discrimination perception of secondary vocational students is at a medium low level,and the school adaptation,self-efficacy and perceived social support are at a medium high level.There are significant differences in some demographic variables.(2)There is a significant negative correlation between secondary vocational students’ perception of discrimination and school adaptation and self-efficacy;School adaptation has a significant positive correlation with self-efficacy and social support;There is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and social support.(3)Self efficacy plays a partial mediating role between discrimination perception and school adaptation.(4)Perceived social support plays a partial regulatory role between self-efficacy and school adaptation,and high social support can improve the role of self-efficacy in school adaptation of secondary vocational students. |
