This study simplified the relationship between the primary andsecondary school principal management and the quality education,strengthening quality education’s theory and reality requirements on theprincipal management. The conclusions are as follows: In domestic qualityeducation backgrounds, the Schoolmasters need to change in managementphilosophy and style, among, Changes in management philosophy can berefined humanistic management, scientific management, innovationmanagement three aspects; Changes in management style can be refinedartistic management, brand management, democratization management threeaspects for exploration and research. Furthermore, the teaching processmanagement stressed the implementation of advanced teaching methods andphilosophy. How to reinforce principals’ function in achieving the educationalgoals is an important subject of principal management.In order to ensure quality education rapid and full implementation,school principals need to transform from the emphasis on educational goals toeducational process. In teaching process which is pay more attention to testscores, that is examination-oriented education, students, parents and schoolsplace more emphasis on the goal of education. With the further developmentof the education system, as well as the social adaptation differences between Western students and Eastern students, the field of education in China, calledfor the full implementation of quality education, ensuring the China’s futureand national prosperity.
