With the increase of one-child population, junior high school students interpersonal situation more and more researchers’ attention. Earnestly analyzing the characteristics of the junior middle school students gender roles and the reasons of the conflicts can effectively solve the conflict of high school students know their personality, develop their own social cognition can do, to improve their ability to deal with problems and control your emotions, better adapt to society and positive significance of life.Gender role is in the process of socialization, individual by individual and social interaction form of gender-related stable psychological and behavioral characteristics, common gender stereotypes exist between men and women, male plow female weave in the primitive society, women’s traditional society xiangfujiaozi, aim at four party. With the development of the society of gender role also gives a new meaning. Interpersonal conflict is the behavior of individual socialization as a result, to study interpersonal conflict should be from the social attributes of the gender roles of their research. In junior high school students as the research object, this study to understand junior high school students interpersonal conflict resolution strategy relations and gender roles, as the growth of the junior middle school students provide better support and help.This study used questionnaire survey of Inner Mongolia Hohhot, some middle school’s333students were randomly selected interpersonal situation, using bem sex role inventory and conflict processing style scale on the measurements. Around the interpersonal conflict problems in junior high school students, looked at the new moon to grade the students of different grade of interpersonal conflict resolution strategy of development and different gender differences in conflict resolution strategy, the following conclusions:1. In333middle-school students, the bipolar population are202, which is60.6%of the proportion. Undifferentiated number50,15.0%. Number of Virilization is42,12.6%. The feminization is39, accounts for11.7%. In the junior high pupil, the bipolar type occupies majority, next is the undifferentiation type, last is the virilized type, what occupies the proportion to be least is the feminization type. Four types of gender roles the distributions are significantly different2. Generally speaking, favors regarding the junior high pupil the use cooperation side conflict resolution, according to the frequency of use in turn is:The cooperation, amenable, avoids and controls, and gender differences are remarkable, bipolar favors the cooperation way, the feminization favors the way of evasion, the virilization favors with the way of control and cooperation, the undifferentiation favors the way of utilization evasion.3.As far as conflict resolution strategies of middle school students of the same grade:select no significant differences in the way of solution to the conflict.4. About the junior high pupil collision solution strategy of same gender: The female students tend to choose collaboration are submissive and evasive and domination of choice at least. But the male student also tends to choose the coordinate on strategy, but the male student chooses the way of control more than the female. 5.
