With the increasing progress of the preschool education, child carein the kindergartens has become an important and indispensable part ofthe early childhood in their socialized life. On the individual level, dailylife quality plays an important role on the comprehensive development ofthe young in the kindergarten, which is not only beneficial to the healthydevelopment of the children’s mind, intelligence and thinking, but makesit possible for their improvement in self-care ability as well. On the levelof society, children are the future and hope of the whole country. It isessential for each child to obtain their comprehensive and healthydevelopment both physically and mentally in order to contribute to thesociety. Therefore, scientific and effective management ought to beestablished by the educators for the daily life of early childhood.Considering most children’s activity tends to be ignored in ourkindergartens, this situation directly affects the physical and mentaldevelopment of them. Hence, more attention should be paid on thisproblem by the educators, parents and community. They must be clearthat activity in the garden is of significant importance for young children.Observation, case study, interview and other research methods wereutilized by the author to in-depth research on the daily life managementof one kindergarten of Ninghe County in Tianjin. There are four mainsections in this research:Part one: Introduction. The author explored the background ofthis study, relevant literature review and research methods.Part two: Deep study of the daily life management of thekindergarten of Ninghe County in Tianjin. Several problems were foundin this study: the arrangement of the daily life activity was too rigid;focusing more on teaching and learning activities rather than extra-curriculum activities; emphasis more on collective teaching butignoring individual differences in child care; paying more attention to theunified managemenby the teachers instead of children’s self-management.Part three:Analysis on the causes of the existing problems of dailylife management in the kindergarten.Part four: Measures and suggestions for the day life managementand in the kindergarten. Educators should organize the daily life activityscientifically and rationally, establish the appropriate understanding ondaily life activity, create better environment for children’s activity,combine the direct guidance indirect guidance, and strengthen themanagement of daily life. |
