The life of children in the kindergarten including the whole processes from the coming,the morning check, morning exercises, education activities, games,sleep,diet,toilet,clothing,outdoor activities and other aspects. The current of preschool education's system is class as the management object, class is not only the first place of early childhood learning, but also the main place of the young children go out of the family to started the social. The life of children in the kindergarten is ordinary and trivial, reasonable life management of is important to the development of the children's physical and mental health, knowledge and ability, shaping of the character, personality cultivation condition. At the same time the science day life management affects and restricts the quality of kindergarten curriculum. However, in the collecting of the literature about the life of junior kindergarten found that, research is mainly aimed at the junior kindergarten time arrangement, the significance of theory and lack of empirical research on the management of junior kindergarten' day life.This study about the day life of the junior kindergarten at home and abroad for reference, learn the basis of management experience, in Baoding city, two kindergarten 280 junior children as the research object, through interviews, observation, questionnaires, etc. Combine the qualitative and quantitative research methods, go to the two kindergarten observe. Then through understanding the current eight junior kindergarten class find the hidden problems, and analysis the causes of the problems to find and explore effective countermeasures.The results show that the two kindergarten problems are following:Manage content trivial is various, management means is single, the multiple of management evaluation is single and negative. Teachers pay attention to standardization, ignore the differences of children, ignore children's random education opportunity. The purpose is utilitarian.Comprehensive above problem find reason is mainly manifested in the following aspects: The limited of the regular management system. Teachers too much emphasis on the safety of children. Preschool teachers' education concept behind. Young teachers' lack of experience in education. The influence of the society and the children' parents.To solve the above problems, put forward the following guidelines: preschool teachers must to change the ideas of education, arrangement the day life of the junior kindergarten day life activities science and reasonable. Attaches great importance to the transition segment transformation, strengthen the teacher-children interaction. The teacher must reflect the daily routine activities in time. Parents participate in the a preschool class routine management. All aspects of life of junior kindergarten are saturated with education factor, we must to dig deeper into the inner education value, so that can better promote children's all-round development.
