In today's attaches great importance to the education exploration and development,mixed age classes more and more get the attention of the researchers.Kindergarten mixed-age class refers to the age gap in more than one year(12 months)of children's choreography to the organization form of the same class.3-6 years old children gradually by a natural person to social person is important stage of development,the routine of life is a day of kindergarten into the real society,to ensure its own security,build a bridge of preliminary social relations.At present,the mixed age class routine management research is weak.At present,the mixed age class routine management research is weak.The purpose of this study was to understand the current kindergarten mixed-age class,routine management of the status quo,summed up mixed age class,the problems existing in the routine management,analysis attempt to put forward the countermeasures to improve.This study through interview and observation found that kindergarten mixed-age class 1,the problems existing in the routine management are:(1)Kindergarten routine management of mixed-age class 1 life consciousness is weak;(2)Mixed age class 1,the content of the routine management is not in conformity with the age characteristics of children;(3)Mixed age class routine management of young children to participate in the formulation of;(4)Less students more mixed age class teachers,teachers can't attention to every child;(5)Mixed age class 1,the lack of the evaluation of routine management.The cause of the above problems are as follows:(1)Director itself to the kindergarten management lack of theory and experience;(2)Kindergarten class a day routine management is a lack of supervision;(3)Mixed age class teachers lack of day routine management related training;(4)Less students more mixed age class teachers,teachers can't attention to every child;(5)Teachers of young children's behavior more restricted;(6)Parents model demonstration effect.Finally,the paper attempts to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,mainly relates to the kindergarten and teachers.Kindergarten: arrange cheeper than mixed age class of different ages and class capacity;Strengthen the supervision over the routine management of the mixed age class 1;Strengthen the mixed age class teachers day routine management of training and learning;Teachers should be in for a day of routine management in young children as the main body,keep objective and neutral attitude,using scientific methods,make full use of the resources,parents form home together.
