High quality early childhood education cannot be separated from high-quality preschool teachers.The basic way to ensure the pre-school education career develop steadily and rapidly is the construction of preschool teachers with high quality and comprehensive ability. Under the trend of the preschool education in increasingly international attention, many countries have reached the important consensus which in order to ensure the quality of preschool education through promote the pre-school teachers team’s stability and professional development. To comply with the inevitable trend of pre-school education teacher training in the world, improve the education quality of pre-school education career,ensure the current preschool education career development steadily, the premise and inevitable trend is that advocate excellent structuring to the kindergarten teacher education. So if colleges and universities which has established the major of undergraduate preschool education want to train excellent talent of demand in line with the current social reality, establish scientific and reasonable educational document—undergraduate training program of the major of pre-school education—to ensure the training quality.This paper be themed by current undergraduate training program of the pre-school education, and be divided into a total of four parts:The first section, according to since the founding of the trend of the economy development in our country, combine with the direction of teaching reform process from our government education department of higher education, carding simply the history of the college personnel training plan formulation has carried on since the founding of our country, and divided it into five stages, include learning and imitation of the Soviet union, independent exploration stage, blow and hit the stage, recovery and reconstruction phase and build and perfect scientifically stage. Section two, Based on the comparative analysis model of content analysis, combining theoretical research and empirical research, qualitative research and quantitative research, through the two parts of overall situation and the main contents, compare and anally the preschool education undergraduate professional training schemes which come from colleges and universities in China, And sums up the characteristics and the main problems of the preschool education undergraduate professional training schemes. Mainly reflected in:factor structure is not comprehensive, the statement is not standard, similar training objectives and specifications in different colleges, the curriculum structure imbalance, there are contradictions between training objectives and curriculum and so on, result in many problems such as lack of rationality, functions are conditioned, value reveals inadequate for the preschool education undergraduate professional training scheme in our country. The third part, on the basis of in-depth analysis of existing problem, combining with the existing related research, this paper analyzed the main reason which bring about the problems to preschool education undergraduate professional training scheme, contains education administrative department of the lack of institutional guarantee, regulatory responsibilities; colleges and universities’teacher education system security administration, training scheme lack of professionalism; culture conditions in colleges and universities is limited, training scheme lack security conditions and project of cultivating talents cultivation theory is not perfect, theoretical research lags behind and so on. Then the last section, combined with the current social demand for pre-school education undergraduate talent, the study provide ideas and suggestions for China’s universities to perfect reasonable preschool education undergraduate training programs and improve the talent training quality of pre-school education, from which clear up the basis and principles of formulating training plan, detailing the training objectives of pre-school education professional undergraduate level, optimize the undergraduate professional courses’structure of pre-school education and so on.
