Martial Arts And Traditional Ethnic Sports Major In Chinese Universities(Undergraduate) Talent Training Program Text Analysis

With the further strengthening of the standardization construction of higher education majors in China,the state has issued a series of mandatory documents for the standardization construction of undergraduate majors,among which the talent training program,as the teaching guidance document of undergraduate training,is an important basis for universities to improve the quality of running schools and complete the teaching tasks.The study of the training program of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports can play a role in promoting the development of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports,improving the quality of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports training,and standardizing the training program paradigm of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports.based on this,In this paper,6 relatively representative and influential Chinese higher sports universities are selected as typical cases,And with the martial arts and traditional ethnic sports major(undergraduate)talent training program as the entry point,Taking the all-round human development and the core literacy of Chinese students as the theoretical basis,Comprehensive use of case study method,text analysis method,interview study method and other scientific research methods for research,At the same time,this study mainly uses the qualitative research tool NVivo to summarize and encode the original text data,Finally,four dimensions(training objectives,curriculum setting,training methods,assessment and evaluation)and their specific elements are formed.Through further in-depth analysis of text data,it is found that the talent training program of Wushu and traditional ethnic sports majors(undergraduate)in 6 higher sports colleges and universities has the following characteristics: First,the direction of talent training is clear,ignoring the construction of education target system;emphasizing comprehensive development and ignoring independent development.Second,focus on theoretical courses,the proportion of unbalanced classes;focus on professional courses,core courses lack regional characteristics.Third,pay attention to the improvement of special technology,ignoring the formation of academic literacy;emphasizing the training of talent characteristics,ignoring the social participation of students;emphasizing inheritance and dissemination,ignoring the diversification of training means.Fourth,pay attention to theoretical examination,assessment form;focus on assessment results,assessment objectives and degree assessment is one-sided.According to the results of the above analysis,this paper proposes the corresponding optimization strategy,and believes that the talent training program of Wushu and traditional ethnic sports majors(undergraduate)in Chinese universities should focus on the following aspects: First,meet the national development needs,build a characteristic education target system;serve the needs of social development,and cultivate comprehensive and independent development talents.Secondly,pay attention to professional knowledge learning,increase practical curriculum;improve the core curriculum system,highlight regional characteristics.Thirdly,strengthen the cultivation of academic ability,create academic atmosphere,improve academic accomplishment;pay attention to the coupling of student employment supply side and demand side,strengthen the cultivation of social practice ability of martial arts talents;enhance the innovation consciousness of traditional ethnic sports culture,develop innovation ability,and carry out multi-channel international exchanges.Finally,design the examination evaluation system to enrich the examination form,pay attention to students’ self-assessment,value the degree assessment standard and explore students’ creative ability.
