The Research On Prevention And Treatment Of College Infrastructure Corruption

In recent years, our country has paid more attention to the education of colleges, and the construction investment increased year by year. Especially since1999, our government issued college expansion of enrollment policy, all colleges and universities are developed rapidly, accelerate infrastructure construction, and improve the teaching conditions, the Large-scale miles new campus,“University City” developed rapidly in many areas which become beautiful scenery. The basic construction of colleges and universities not only expand the enrollment scale, attract students, but also in support of the school education. At first, it is a good thing to benefits the country, but sadly corruption with the infrastructure project also appears imperceptibly. The “ivory tower” which means an honest place in the public mind has suddenly collapsed. The former “ivory tower” has gradually become a “moth tower”. In recent years, the cases of corruption in the field of universities infrastructure appear concentrative, bribery and extortion incident were frequently exposed. University Infrastructure corruption not only affect the quality of the project, but also affect the atmosphere in school, which is bad for teachers and students.In this paper, based on the research of the report form, by the methods of questionnaire and interview, at last find the way to solve the problem in corruption and its prevention. The first chapter of the passage explains the research background, research purpose and its significance, and then analyses the present situation, finally make a plan on how to research. In the second chapter, by means of the questionnaire and interview, then find out the achievements and problems of the research Institute. The third chapter analyses the reasons of the phenomenon (or experience) by means of the related policies, regulations and public management theory. In the fourth chapter, according to the analysis, put forward the relevant policy suggestions on the research topics.The fifth chapter puts forward some new problems of main ideas, research innovations, shortcomings and the need for further research in this field. At last, analyzes and demonstrates briefly to the new problems.
