Education is the foundation of a country. Secondary vocational education plays a very important role in both the training of technical labors and the transformation of economic structure. Development of education is also a vital task of the11th,12thFive-Year Plan. Young teachers are the backbone of secondary vocational education who bear the mission of reform and innovation. However, due to a wide range of reasons, there are some unavoidable problems appear in their daily work. For example, they are more theoretical and lack of practical experiences, suffering the plateau phenomenon and burnout in occupation, etc.According to the statistics, analysis on36young teachers of secondary vocational school W and on the basis of Content-Based Incentive Theory, it is found that heavy teaching task, unsystematic training, students shortage are the main problems which brings big pressure to them. Secondary vocational schools must change the idea of management, pay special attention to the demand of young teachers and improve incentive diversity. They should build humanized campus culture and help young teachers to make their own occupational planning. As for young teachers, the also should improve their abilities on teaching and professional morality. Through these efforts, young teachers and secondary vocational schools will have a bright future together.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance, relevant literature, theory, research methods, innovations and shortcomings.The second part analyzes the present situation and superiority of young teachers in secondary vocational school and the existing problems of young teachers in school W.The third part is on the basis of the above problems, respectively, from the teachers themselves, school system, exterior environment to analyze the reasons for the above-mentioned problems. The fourth part is based on the content of Content-Based Incentive theory to find the key to solve the problem from the teachers and school,other aspects of the system, and the corresponding countermeasures to them.
