Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in ourcountry. Over the years, secondary vocational education has trained large quantities of skilledtalents for the social economic development and industrial upgrading. However, in recentyears, the development of secondary vocational education is a cause for concern because ofthe hard enrollment, low training quality, and low social recognition problems. And in orderto solve the problems of secondary vocational education, the school, society and governmentall parties which are duty-bound. This paper aims to secondary vocational teachers encourageresearch, explore the secondary vocational teachers on motivating factors in the current levelof demand and satisfaction, analyzes the existing problems and the reasons, strive for thecurrent secondary vocational teachers incentive situation put forward the correspondingimprovement measures.In this paper the eight secondary vocational schools as the research sample of Xing Taiarea, set the questionnaire based on Maslow’s demand theory, carried out by adopting themethod of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation, and then analyze the collectedby questionnaire, interview records, inspection. Through the empirical study found that:Secondary vocational teachers’ demand for different incentive intensity bigger differences; Ingeneral, the secondary vocational teachers’ overall demand is low, but a lower degree ofsatisfaction; For personal characteristics, there are many differences between differentsecondary vocational teachers’ need. In secondary vocational teacher’s incentives-thedemand investigation, on the basis of the paper analyzes the current secondary vocationalteacher’s incentive in our country present situation and existing problems and reasons.Summarizes existing secondary vocational teachers incentive mechanism is the main form,and from the incentive mechanism of inducing factors, behavior orientation system, system,behavior, system, behavior, behavior amplitude naturalized aspects such as analysis of thecurrent problems existing in the secondary vocational teachers’ incentive mechanism.This research conclusion: secondary vocational teachers’ incentives, schools should play a leading role, formulate scientific and reasonable salary system, improve the teachers’ senseof fairness, peer mutual aid system should be established in order to promote teachers’professional development, provides a variety of individual development, meet the demand ofthe development of teachers, with the teacher for this, let the teachers feel humanities,teachers need to rational analysis, encourage teachers to teaching innovation; Thegovernment should play a supporting role in the secondary vocational teachers incentives,from financial support, legal guarantee, atmosphere build the aspects such as theimplementation of teacher incentive; Management of secondary vocational schools shouldalso strengthen the teachers’ self motivation, do a good job in career management, promotethe teacher professional development, set up the mechanism of teacher evaluation, to promoteteachers’ individual development, perfect the rules and regulations, implement disciplinarydialectical unification.
