Abstract/Summary:
Preschool sexuality education has been written into the law and its importance is self-evident.Preschool teachers are duty-bound because of their professional role and status.By the method of questionnaire investigation,interview investigation,early childhood sexual education theory and idea to comb,clear teachers in early childhood sexual education present situation of the basic attitudes and ideas on the basis of the thinking and discussion and sexual education teachers’ actual situation of children’s sex education,the development direction of further provide theoretical basis for children’s sex education teachers scientific practice.By analyzing the current situation of teachers in sex education and putting forward relevant suggestions,teachers’ sexual education literacy and sexual education ability can be improved,so as to help children realize the healthy development of sexual physiology and sexual psychology,and establish basic sexual moral concepts.It is found that in terms of the concept of sexuality education,preschool teachers hold a positive attitude,but their understanding of comprehensive sexuality education professional is still narrow and limited,for instance insufficient attention to male children,and neglect knowledge of gender difference and reproduction.The rate of practical activity of sexuality education is ever so low,and there are more deviations and errors in practical activity of sexuality education: the guidance of education manifested as stopping and ignoring children’s sexual behavior and problems.Only a small number of preschool teachers with a graduate degree or above have significant advantages in the concept and practical activity,most of teachers do not have the graduate degree it means most teachers do not have overall ability.There are few relevant theoretical and materials,which direct leads to the problem of the trivial and single knowledge source of preschool teachers,and then affect the understanding of sexuality education not insight and practices unscientific.The essential reason is that the ideological shackles caused the teachers a great psychological barrier.Even if there are scientific theory knowledge teachers also difficult to accept so much so that teachers know some scientific sexuality education knowledge,they are still unwilling to actively adopt it.Lack of allocation of educational resources was main reason.Therefore,the hinge is still the problem of ideology,it should be given priority to dealing with.forward a single step is to enrich the basic theory,on this basis,increase the value and pay attention to the develop the allocation of educational resources.
