Objective: This research through practice exercise intervention, discuss theinfluences of different strength training on the body balance ability. Explores the corestrength training and the human body in the condition of different body posturebalance relationship, which will provide a scientific basis for human body balanceability training.Methods:30female college students in xi ’an institute of physical education asthe research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control groupin15people.Core strength training, controls on traditional strength training.Experiment with a10week time, three times a week, every time90minutes. Beforeand after the experiment using the Biodex balance testing system respectively on twogroups of participants(1)The state order open/close my eyes, feet stand dynamic andstatic stability test; Test indicators include: overall stability index (OSI), before andafter the direction stability index (API), the left and right direction stability index(MLI).(2) The state of open orders, feet dynamic stability limit test; Test indicatorsinclude: Overall、Forward、Backward、Right、Left、F/R、F/L、B/R、B/L.Result:(1)The effect on the stability of the core strength training on the humanbody standing.10weeks of core strength training ability of static and dynamicbalance of open and close my eyes to the human body has significant improvement.10weeks of core strength training on the improvement of the human body left andright balance effect is most obvious. Open under the condition of human body balanceability is much better than close your eyes, better than dynamic static balance ability.Human feet stand to maintain body balance ability is best, right foot, left foot is theworst.(2) The core strength training effect on human body standing stability limit.(2)The core strength training effect on human body standing stability limit.Conclusion:(1) The core strength training can improve human body in differentstate of stable equilibrium ability, compared with general strength training, the corestrength training in improving the body balance ability effect is more obvious; Corestrength training helps improve the stand stability of the human body.(2) Strengthtraining can effectively improve dynamic standing stability limit of the human body.One direction before and after the improvement effect is obviously better than that ofleft and right.(3) General basic strength training, strength training is the core strengthtraining is still belongs to the category of basic strength training. General strengthtraining in physiology, and many other factors, characteristics, research results and experience for core strength training, but the core strength training in the requirement,function, mechanism, practice aspects different from general strength training and hasits inherent characteristics.
