The intermediate link of the human body, the core,is a form of strength training that encompasses the shoulder, hip, and pelvis.Core strength training methods are becoming increasingly popular in sports and instruction, offering athletes and students a more precise form of strength training, thus enhancing their athletic aptitude and physical fitness.Lower limb strength is the key to badminton training, which requires lower limb strength in crotch rotation, rapid movement, and take off.Exploring the influence of core strength training on the enhancement of lower limb strength among students involved in badminton sports, this article examines which training technique-core strength training or traditional waist and abdomen training-has the most noteworthy effect on the enhancement of lower limb strength during the training process.A random selection of 30 male students majoring in physical education teaching from the Physical Education College of Liaoning Normal University,at the 2020 level, was made for this article, and they were divided into two groups-a control and an experimental-as the experimental subjects. The day prior to the initial hour of instruction,a pre-experiment assessment was done, with a total of 7 indicators being evaluated, including a 30 meter run to demonstrate the swiftness of the lower limbs,a rapid gait frequency exercise to demonstrate the lower limbs apos;quickness, and a standing long jump to demonstrate the lower limbs apos;explosive power.a squat with weight,a quick rise with weight,a mid and long distance run reflecting the strength tolerance of the lower limbs, and a vertical jump with weight,as well as a throwing and catching badminton reflecting the stability of the lower limbs. An exploration of the influence of core strength training on lower limb strength of badminton elective students is undertaken through a combination of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, and experimental methods.Based on the data, the experimental results are obtained:(1)After 48 hours of core and traditional abdominal strength training, the control and experimental groups were tested, and data was obtained before and after the experiment.Paired sample T tests were then performed.Significant disparities were revealed by the results, and scores were augmented, implying that both the customary waist and abdomen training material and core strength training had a certain influence on the enhancement of students apos;lower limb strength.(2)The experimental group rapid strength quality of the lower limbs was significantly improved in comparison to the control group, implying that core strength training had a more powerful influence on the rapid strength quality of the lower limbs than traditional waist and abdominal strength training.(3)No noteworthy distinction exists between the control and experimental cohorts in terms of diminished limb explosive power, yet both have varying levels of advancement in lower limb explosive power quality.(4)No noteworthy distinction existed between the control and experimental cohorts in terms of diminished limb strength and stamina, yet both groups augmented their diminished limb strength and stamina to varying extents.(5)The experimental lower limb stability quality has significantly advanced compared to the control, suggesting that core strength training is a more effective method of improving lower limb stability quality than traditional waist and abdominal strength training.Experimental conclusion:(1)After 48 hours of core strength intervention training for 30 students from Liaoning Normal University, their badminton specific physical fitness has significantly improved.Through core strength training, the physical qualities of students participating in badminton can be developed.(2)Experimental results demonstrate that, after 48 hours of core strength intervention training for 30 students from Liaoning Normal University, the addition of core strength training methods to daily training has a considerable impact on enhancing the strength of badminton students;lower limbs.By honing their core strength, students can enhance their lower limb speed, maximum strength, endurance, and stability, thus preventing sports injuries.Notably, the effects of lower limb speed and stability are particularly noteworthy. Moreover, the increase in core strength helps participate in badminton students;lower limb fast movement ability, and lower limb stability ability, which is extremely important for badminton lower limb movement ability and technical play.
